Hello [FIRSTNAME],

I can hardly contain myself!! I just have to tell you the exciting news!! This week I received a huge honour in the business world. Before I tell you what it is, I want to thank you for your part in it, particularly if you are a past or current client. Let me quote from my acceptance speech on the night:

"It is such a huge honour to be standing up here. There are so many people that have made this possible. A huge thank you to the Cairns Business Womens Club, President Andrea Jackson, Award Chair Michelle Commins and the entire award sub committee who have made the whole process so smooth. All the wonderful award sponsors: Hardy Brothers Jewellers, Status Plus, Hilton Cairns and every single sponsor who put in time, energy and prizes to this amazing event. Thank you to Mario Calanna and his wonderful team of Judges who made the process a lot less scary than it could have been! Thank you to every single one of my clients over the past three years - it is an absolute privilege to work with you. And a huge, heartfelt thank you to every single person sitting at my table tonight. Each of you have helped me, encouraged me, supported me, inspired me, but most of all, you have believed in me. And for that I thank you."

Celebrating Wins......
A few short years ago, I would never have even thought about putting a photo like this in a newsletter, let alone posting it all over the web!!  But in the last three years, InOrder has taught me so much about achievements, celebrating and sharing them - no matter how big or small. It is a really important part of the overall 'Achievement Cycle':

Idea - Planning - Implementation - Follow through - Completion - Recognition & Celebration

We need to experience each step of this cycle to truely finish a goal and be ready to move on to the next one. So what achievements/wins have you had lately? And how will you recognise, celebrate and share them??  I'd love to hear about them  here.

Three Top Tips to achieve your goal

  1. Have a vision - make sure you can FEEL what it's like to achieve your goal.
  2. Schedule time to do the necessary leg work.
  3. Make time to help someone else achieve their goals.

May you have month full of wins & until November....

Yours in Organisation,

Roz
